Co-developing an energy island for the future

As a pioneering project, the (development study of an) island will generate new insights and knowledge on offshore construction, renewable energy technology and ecological impact.

The island has the potential to be a hub for knowledge creation and sharing between government, universities, research institutes, NGOs and the private sector. OSF seeks to involve all stakeholders, including but not limited to:
